    The designs you see in our listing photography fit a 5x7,A4, A3, A2 scale. All other sizes require some cropping/resizing depending on what best works for the design. With every order we review what is best for the design and the size ordered.

    Gift wrapping and packaging

    We can attach a gift label to the packaging of any product which can be personalised with a gift message.

    Custom and personalised orders

    Some of our listings encourage or require personalisation. For all other customisation please message me with what you would like done.

    Shipment Tracking

    Sometimes orders can get delayed or lost in the post. If you choose standard shipping at checkout there is no tracking available to us or the buyer. If the item is for a gift or needed by a particular date please opt for tracked shipping.

    We aim to recycle up to 95% of the materials we use, be it plastics or paper. All packaging materials we send out is recyclable so please, where possible, look to recycle these materials.
